Elchies provides a facility that is ideal for the delivery of awareness, introductory and advanced
courses in a variety of farming and farm produce related activities. These are designed to expand
the understanding, knowledge and skills of smallholders and the general public,
in traditional and modern small-scale farming processes and food
production. Courses are both hosted-only
(i.e. delivered by third parties such as the Scottish Crofting Federation) and also courses designed and
delivered by Elchies sharing knowledge from our own experience.
